Backyard Wishlist

I have so much space in my backyard I want to use it all constantly so heres a list of things that I would love in my backyard!

-chicken coop (fresh eggs taste amazing)
-picnic bench (for tea parties)
-vegetable garden (already have the seeds)
-an apple tree or 2 (already have seedlings growing in cups)
-hammock (for book reading and relaxing)
-trampoline (obvious reasons!)
-ride on lawnmower (my landlord says hes going to stop mowing our lawn for us and we only have a push mower for the front D: it would actually take 2 hours or more im sure)

apple tree update!

Ive extended my apple tree family x5!
I should probably transplant them into bigger pots and then plant them outside when the weather gets a little less violent (but I haven't gotten around to it yet).

My baby apple tree

I started germinating seeds from all the apples I eat and this is the wee little result.
I squealed like a pig when I first saw mother natures gift.
I didn't have very much faith in my growing abilities and this little baby popped out of nowhere.
Apples don't actually start growing on trees until they get to the ripe age of six, but that is no matter, I am still romanticizing with the fact that I can actually grow plants (I am easily inspired).

Houseplant addiction

So every time I go to superstore (which is fairly often for late night snacks) I go to the plant section, and in that section at the very back corner there is a metal shelf with all the discount plants on it.
I always feel sorry for these half alive plants banished to the back with neon 50% off stickers all over their pots.
They are usually only $2 so (of course) I save their sorry asses.
Thus, my coffee table is now a halfway house for plants.
Maybe its because I have an addiction to discount bins.
Or Maybe its because I have an addiction to LOVE.

I saved this one from my brother who is not capable of taking care of a plant.
This is a frosty fern.
